Starting this Monday, June 22nd I will be adding 3 new weekly classes to my schedule (see right). Join us at Total Being Fitness (a brand new studio) and experience Hot Vinyasa Yoga. The room will be heated to 95 degrees. Practicing yoga in a heated room can increase flexibility and can help release toxins from the body. You will feel great after this class!
